Bojaz Development is a real estate investor, developer, and broker. We develop and sell high-end luxury homes in southern California and manage a growing commercial real estate portfolio around the United States.
ERIC STOTZ, CEO
Eric Stotz is a serial entrepreneur, investor, and connecter. At Bojaz, he handles property acquisition, operations, design, construction, engineering and lending. Eric is a University of Southern California undergraduate with a major in Business and Entrepreneurship.
JESSICA STOTZ, CFO
Jessica Anvar Stotz, Esq. is a dynamic and entrepreneurial California consumer litigation attorney. At Bojaz, she handles finance, marketing, and legal. Jessica is a UCLA undergraduate and JD / MBA graduate of Loyola Law School.
Eric and Jessica Stotz established Bojaz Development driven by a mutual dedication to the field of real estate development. Residing in Orange County with their three sons and two dogs, Happy and Teddy, the Stotz family balances a love for home creation with the successful management of several dynamic businesses.
